1. Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy:
Private Lessons: To reschedule a private lesson, notification must be provided by 2:00 PM the day before the scheduled lesson. Requests made after this time will not be eligible for lesson credits or rescheduling. This policy applies to all time slots.
Group Lessons: If you are unable to attend a group class, please notify us as soon as possible. You may reschedule and join another group class, provided that student numbers are within class limits. Alternatively, you may schedule a catch-up lesson with a $40/hour rescheduling fee.
